The State of Ohio is going to Court [11-M-001087] with a class action lawsuit against the "banksters" that did not follow Ohio law which requires them to file mortgages in a public record. New Hampshire has a similar law; NH RSA 477:3-A . Ya think New Hampshire will take the same position as Ohio?
