Subject: Referral to AG in charge of foreclosure investigation
Dear AG Brooks - Among all of the other issues I am dealing with in respect to the crimes that have been committed against my family and our properties, I now find that one of the key individuals that I have been complaining about since 2005 has been identified as a robo signer. His name is Victor Parisi [ 1 2 3 4 ]. Please see attached four separate courts' Orders that name this individual:

He has become the 'uber' robo signer.
As you are already aware, there two pending cases that are currently being considered.
One by the Laconia District Court in a criminal proceeding [State V Jean Allan] where the charge against me is criminal trespassing. And, additionally, I have been declared 'not competent' by the NH Office of Forensic Examiners based upon the complaints that I have filed, to include, among other things, those against Mr. Parisi [ 1 2 3 4 ].
There is also a related civil matter [Waukewan Holdings, LLC v Jean Allan] that is pending in front of the NH Supreme Court. I am representing myself pro se therefore, the outcome of the now scheduled Resotration of Competency Hearing, on December 20, 2010 is critical to the disposition of that civil matter. I have requested that the NHSC take a de novo review of the real estate title matter.
However, as all the state's attorney generals are now finding, there are also criminal elements involved with the entire mortgage/foreclosure mess. In fact the Attorney General of Ohio went as far to say that Wells Fargo business model was a fraud. I have complained that on going crimes are being committed against my family and our properties, and now I find that other judges are beginning to asked the correct questions. Something that I begged our New Hampshire judges to do, but to date to no avail.
Please send me the name of the NH AG who is in charge of the mortgage fraud task force. I would like to meet with him at his earliest convenience.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. And, as a reminder, I have yet to hear back from you as to the status of the High Birches Water Permits. As you are aware, I have complained that all these issues are somehow related. And, as you are aware it is that linkage that caused the NH Office of Forensic Examiners to label me an 'unrestorable' psychotic.
