Dear AG Brooks:
I am in receipt of your 11/22/10 letter. Perhaps you are correct and jurisdiction does not rest with the Environmental Bureau of the New Hampshire Department of Justice. Please refer this issue to whichever department does have jurisdiction - either state or federal, or both.
In the meantime I will attempt to gather source material in anticipation of someone contacting me on this very complex issue. I am concerned however, that many of the material documents are out of my possession. They are in the possession of Waukewan Holdings, LLC, Attorney Peter Minkow, PO Box 325, Meredith, NH 03253. Perhaps the Bureau that has jurisdiction would want to take some action to protect those documents.
