I am impressed with the speed in which you were able to locate that which you have asserted you have in your hands, ie: the file covering Jean Allan.

Now perhaps you can explain what evidence is documented to confirm that Ms. Allan did in fact receive the information that she told me she never received? As I expressed in my email to the Governor, that is why she contacted me in the first place; ie:to assist her in what she sought.

Further, I find that the four years, Plus that have elapsed since former Attorney General Kelly Ayotte agreed to share the information in the file with me; when she found it, is reason for questions to be asked.

Was the delay deliberate with the expectation I would forget it?

If so, the actor would appear to have violated the Model Penal Code 212.5 in that someone did cause the four year delay by "(d) take or withhold action as an official, or cause an official to take or withhold action",[Blacks Law Dictionary 6th Edition] The failure of Ms. Ayotte to contact me worked until my awareness was refreshed when I read Ms. Allan's June 1, 2010 public post on www.NHJUSTICE.net and her email to the Governor.

Please contact me as I may be of further assistance to you in your continuing investigation into where Ms. Allan's mothers remains may be at this time and why they have not been returned to the family.

Thank you for this courtesy.

Dick Marple
