RE: Pentagon in jurisdiction of documents stored at Pier 18 Panama pursuant to Treaty between US and Rep of Panama

I have recently been informed by a witness at the time of transfer of the Panama Canal Company/Commission documents in 1999. The document transfer pursuant to the Treaty between US and Rep of Panama was under the jurisdiction of the Pentagon. The ATTACHED LETTER explains the import of the newly discovered information as it relates to our inquiry.

I can be reached at the addresses incorporated into the two letters. I am looking forward to a prompt response from an investigator who can assist my family obtain justice, which has been long overdue.

With Respect,

Jean Allan Sovik fka Jean Vorisek Quinn
