RE: July 2, 2012 CARROLL COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, OSSIPEE, NH CHRISTOPHER E. CONLEY HIGH SHERIFF REPORTED: "I am announcing the formation of a task force to investigate mortgage fraud throughout Carroll County – criminal fraud."
Dear Sheriff Conley:
In the above referenced press conference you requested that "If you have experienced any of the above and/or you have information from any source you would like to share, I request that you email, if possible, or write a letter." Please consider this letter in response to your request.
Attached to this email is a copy of the original letter that I wrote to Attorney Peter Rotch, McLane Law Offices, dated May 26, 2004, with respect to several of the law firm’s clients "attempt to collect upon a debt". The "attempts to collect upon a debt" reference property located in the Carroll County Registry of deeds Book 113, page 806. As I point out in my letter to Attorney Rotch, there should be no such property Registered in the Carroll County Registry of Deeds.
In fact, there is "beyond a reasonable doubt" evidence that the entire chain of title claimed by McLane Law Office clients is a fraud. I would refer your newly constituted "Task Force" to the website nhjustice.net. Click on the section titled High Birches Springs where you will find the Series that I wrote – NO WITNESS = NO CASE. In that series I explain all the events that have [happened] to my family with respect to mortgage and foreclosure fraud, and actions that have been taken by certain agents of the State of New Hampshire in order to aid and abet the criminals or to ‘cover-up’ all the fraudulent criminal actions.
I have carefully watched the video of your Press Statement. It appears that you may have the political will to constitute the Task Force. My family can only pray that once you discover the true facts of the mortgage/foreclosure fraud that has been occurring in your County as well as throughout the State of New Hampshire that you will have the political will to take that evidence where ever it leads, and indict the perpetrators. My family has recognized that without the assistance of those with jurisdictional authority and political will, we alone cannot get justice for all the crimes that have been committed against us over the last several decades.
After your Task Force has reviewed the documents that I have attached and referenced, and someone still wishes to speak with me, I can be contacted through the email address attached.
